Nissan Pampanga is latest Dealer of the Year awardee

Nissan Philippines Inc. (NPI) has hailed its Pampanga team as the latest Dealer of the Year.

The aforementioned merchant in Central Luzon received the recognition at the recently-concluded Dealer of the Year Awards. Aside from that, the Japanese automaker’s distributor in the country gave the Cebu Central facility the Nissan Global Award.

According to NPI, the two topped the 53-dealer strong Nissan network in terms of vehicle sales, service quality, business sustainability and customer retention.

A total of 34 honors (individual and team awards) were given in recognition of the excellent performance in the various aspects of dealership operations. Among the awards given were the set of individual recognition for sales, service, parts, and business management, and other key functions in the operations as well as team honors for marketing, customer satisfaction, and after sales.

“The awarded employees and dealers were chosen for their high-quality service to the company and commitment to providing top-level customer experience, thereby improving the overall sales of the brand. The awards cover the fiscal year 2021 performance of the dealerships,” NPI shared.

Looking back on its successes over the past fiscal year, NPI highlighted the contributions of its partner dealers to the growing success of the brand locally.

“It's due to the passion and hard work of our partner dealers and employees that we continue to lead the industry,” NPI President Juan Manuel Hoyos said.

"They have always been indispensable partners whose dedication continues to fuel the company,” he added.

Aside from honoring the unwavering support of its employees and partners, the annual event is also a way of setting the stage for another year of lasting collaboration.
