Nissan PH opens Manila Bay dealership

Nissan Philippines has inaugurated its dealership in Manila Bay, further bolstering its presence in the National Capital Region.

The aforementioned sales facility — which is located at Block 2 Lot 31 Brandco Avenue, Aseana City, Paranaque City — is the brand’s 53rd outlet in the country. To note, Nissan Manila Bay was opened in partnership with the Gateway Group.

Gracing the inauguration ceremony were Nissan Motor Co. Executive Vice President and Chairperson of Japan-ASEAN Management Committee Asako Hoshino and Nissan Philippines President Juan Manuel Hoyos.

The newest establishment under Nissan — which is set to carry the Japanese automaker’s new logo — has a showroom that can display six vehicles and nine bays in its service area.

Being the exclusive dealer partner for the Nissan Leaf model locally, the Gateway Group has installed a charging station in the dealership in its bid to also increase the brand’s growing number of charging infrastructures around the archipelago.

Further, Nissan Philippines shared that its Manila Bay dealership will be equipped with specialized facilities that will be manned by trained experts to serve Nissan Leaf customers.

"I am glad to be part of Nissan Manila Bay's inauguration as this is another mark of our brand's strong growth in the Philippines. This is a remarkable step towards our brand promise of Innovation for Excitement, as we expand our Philippine dealer network. We are excited to get this fully operational,” Hoshino was quoted as saying.

"Nissan and Gateway had a wonderful relationship and accomplishments over the years, and I know we can build on those successes as we grow the Nissan brand together. Through this dealership we hope to meet the needs of our customers and make our products and services more accessible to them. As we continue to expand in the country, we hope to continuously support them and our partners," the NPI chief, for his part, said.
