Oil firms cuts back P4/L on diesel
The retail price of diesel in the Philippines slid by nearly P4 per liter today.

Yesterday, fuel companies Caltex, Cleanfuel, Petron, Phoenix Petroleum, PTT Philippines, Seaoil, and Unioil announced their price adjustments.How much is the fuel price adjustment for today?
Based on their advisories, diesel shall go down by P3.95 per liter, kerosene by P2.65 per liter, and gasoline by P0.85 per liter.Based on their respective advisories yesterday, Caltex, Cleanfuel, Petron, Phoenix Petroleum, PTT Philippines, Seaoil, and Unioil announced that they are set to reduce P3.95 per liter on the pump price of diesel.
Apart from that, fuel companies have started reducing P0.85 per liter on gasoline products.
Further, the retail price of kerosene shall go down by P2.65 per liter this day.
The movement on pump prices started at 12:01 a.m.
Other firms are expected to implement the same adjustment.
The latest price drop followed last week’s rollback on diesel by P2.15 per liter, kerosene by P2.10 per liter, and gasoline by P0.40 per liter.
