The Kia Sorento features plenty of modern features inside the cabin. Just past the multifunctional steering wheel with controls for audio, calls, and other driving nannies is an 8.5-inch windshield-type head-up display unit that promotes safer driving by helping you keep your eyes focused on the road.
Similarly, a wireless charging pad can be located at the center console which helps drivers recharge compatible smartphones without reaching for a cable.
It also comes with a 10.25-inch infotainment unit that features a high-resolution LCD screen to provide owners with a near-cinematic and user-friendly interface. Audio is played on 12 high-performance speakers (with subwoofer) from the onboard Bose Premium Sound System.
And if that’s not enough, this midsize crossover SUV features 3D pattern ambient lighting beneath the crashpad garnish. Its 64 selectable colors add a luxurious atmosphere to the Kia Sorento’s already opulent interior.
No luxurious ride will even be complete without second-row captain seats. The Kia Sorento features leather-wrapped ones complete with head restraints and an armrest. For those sitting here on long rides, the second-row — and third-row — seats feature USB ports and seatback pockets to help keep their devices charged during the trip.
All the seats, including the second-row captain seats, are finished in leather and have decent bolstering to keep you comfortable.
The Kia Sorento enjoys an improved luggage capacity with approximately 187 liters of cargo space behind the third-row seats. Folding the second-row seats expands this to 2,056 liters allowing owners to use the Kia Sorento to haul both creature and cargo making it a practical, yet luxurious ride.
The Kia Sorento is currently offered in two variants on the brand’s website: the 2.2 EX AT and the 2.2 SX AT. They are priced at P2,398,000 and P2,588,000 respectively. Those looking to get their Sorento SUVs in Snow White Pearl will need to add P10,000 more.
