Yamaha Motor PH starts delivering all-new NMAX to clients

MANILA: Yamaha Motor Philippines (YMPH) has started releasing the units of all-new NMAX following the initial turnover of 155 examples to its respective customers.

The ceremonial turnover of units — held at Arcovia City in Pasig — was done after the Japanese marque’s local distributor and Motortrade started accepting reservations for the aforementioned model.

Boasting a refreshed look and loaded with more technological upgrades, the all-new Yamaha NMAX is expected to experience the same warm anticipation that its predecessors enjoyed.

Vehicle specifications

Here are some bits of notable information about the all-new Yamaha NMAX.

The all-new Yamaha NMAX measures:

It comes with updated projector-style LED headlights and taillights, a fuel tank that can carry 7.1 liters of fuel, a 25-liter underseat compartment, and a two-level seat.

Retailed in two variants, the all-new Yamaha NMAX can be had in the following color options:

The maxi-scooter’s main difference from the base model are gold-colored appliques seen on the wheels and seat stitching.

Ensuring owners rider stability are the five-millimeter lengthened stroke sub-tank for its rear suspension system.

Powering the all-new Yamaha NMAX is an updated four-stroke, Die-casting Aluminum-Silicon (DIASIL) cylinder, single overhead cam, 155 cubic-centimeter (cc) mill with variable valve actuator.

This mill can dish out the following figures:

Compared to the previous version, the motorcycle’s latest generation can dish out a little more oomph.

Complementing the engine is the YECVT (Yamaha Electric CVT) technology that gives the vehicle two ride modes (sport and touring) that matches its three-level downshift control.
