Buyers of the RS5 can also opt for the RS-specific darkened Matrix LED headlights with Audi laser light rather than the Standard lighting systems that use Matrix LED Headlights. Since it was tweaked for a sportier look, a pentagonal, geometric cut is now equipped in the large side air inlets. 

The wheel arches are flared by an additional 15 mm on each side. The Audio RS5 inherits new still trims, plus fun eye-candy with the light and shadow play visible on each door panel. Meanwhile, the RS exhaust system uses a diffuser insert for greater rear accent and dual chrome tailpipes.

Audi RS5’s distinct exterior feature is the clamshell-like hood of this car so it adds extra texture and character to the car itself.

The suspension of the Audi RS5 is handled by Multiple Links for both front and rear. Although the ride quality is characterized as a little bit uncomfortable or stiff, this car actually has some nice interior and comfortable seats, to begin with.

Powering this highway cutie is the 2894 cc 2.9-liter TFSI Twin-Turbo V6 Gas engine that can fire up to 444 horsepower at 5700 rpm and a maximum torque of 600 Nm at 1900 rpm. This is the same mill that the Porsche Panamera 4S uses so you can definitely experience luxury and power in one go.

It is mated with an eight-speed Tiptronic transmission tuned for RS performance and can be operated through aluminum paddle shifters. Power is sent to a Quattro permanent all-wheel drive layout that uses a 40:60 power distribution in normal driving conditions. Track conditions will allow the system to redirect 70% of the power in the front or up to 85% to the rear. Meanwhile, driving modes include comfort, auto, dynamic, and now, RS1 and RS2. Both can be individually configured, saved, and then selected directly and quickly via the RS Mode button on the steering wheel. The RS suspension plus with Dynamic Ride Control is available when you upgrade your unit.

This car can go from standstill to 100 kmph in 3.9 seconds. It is also estimated that this car can run at 18 mpg in the city and 27 mpg on the highway.

RS5 Coupe got a coil spring shock absorber type and has a heap of safety features for careful driving. These are: Driver Airbag, Passenger Airbag, Rear and Front Side Airbags, Child Safety Locks, Vehicle Stability Control System, Rear Seat Belts, and Seat Belt Warning, Day and Night Rear View Mirrors, Parking Sensors, Crash Sensor, Front, and Side Impact Beams, Door Ajar Warning, and Tyre Pressure Monitor.

It also comes with the now seemingly standard for all vehicles Anti-Lock Braking System (ABD) with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist. Some driving assistance features are also intact in this car including Standard forward-collision warning and automated emergency braking, adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go technology, and lane-departure warning and lane-keeping assist. Some Automatic High Beams and Self-Parking Assist features are available only upon upgrade.
