The pricing of the all-new Range Rover ranges from P15.99 million to P21.39 million.The introduction to the local market was done after Land Rover held the model's global launch in October last year.
While it has continuously evolved in aesthetics, the new Range Rover still sports the nameplate's original key elements: the falling roofline, strong waistline, and lower rising sill.
“The characteristically short front overhang, formal front end, upright windscreen, and distinctive boat tail rear, which tapers in plain view, are key elements in defining Range Rover’s proportions and conveying its peerless presence,” Land Rover Philippines said in a statement.
Further, the all-new offering is the first model to utilize the brand’s new flexible Modular Longitudinal Architecture (MLA-Flex) that can accommodate internal combustion, plug-in hybrid, and 100-percent electric powertrains.
The latest addition to the country’s Land Rover lineup will be offered in two variants, HSE and Autobiography with two body designs: standard and the long wheelbase.
Further, the new Range Rover comes in three powertrain options: 3.0-liter plug-in hybrid, 3.0-liter diesel and 4.4-liter gasoline engine. A pure-electric Range Rover will join the roster in 2024.
According to Land Rover Philippines, the extended range plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) powertrains emit carbon dioxide below 30g/km, and can cover 100 kilometers (km) based on WLTP standards.
The new Range Rover is fitted with a 13.1-inch touchscreen, a 13.7-inch interactive driver display, and Meridian sound system. Apart from that, it is also equipped with a myriad of innovative technologies that drive comfort and refinement, which include Active Noise Cancellation, Cabin Air Purification Pro, ventilated front and rear seats with power recline, electrically-adjusted steering column, all-wheel steering, eHorizon navigation, and the pre-emptive electronic air suspension.
Further, the vehicle is packed with safety features such as hill descent control, hill launch assist, terrain response system, 360-degree parking aid and surround camera, rear traffic monitor, cornering brake control, roll stability control, electronic traction control, among others.
Produced at Land Rover’s Solihull Manufacturing Facility, the new Range Rover will come at the following prices:
- HSE P440e (Plug-in Hybrid): P15.99 million
- HSE D300 (Diesel): P16.99 million
- HSE D350 (Diesel): P17.39 million
- LWB Autobiography D350 (Diesel): P21.39 million
- LWB Autobiography P530 (Gasoline) P21.39 million
In an interview, Land Rover Philippines President Chris Ward told Carmudi Philippines that those who wanted to acquire any trim within the Range Rover offerings will have to wait 12-15 months before receiving their vehicle.
