AC Motors provides customers immersion on services with Open Workshop program

AC Motors has opened up its service facilities to customers with its latest program being conducted on Ayala-owned dealerships.

Through the AC Motors Open Workshop program, the Ayala-owned dealerships — be it under Honda, Isuzu, Volkswagen, Maxus, or Kia — offer clients the opportunity to see for themselves how the company's technical team works on their vehicles. The program started last July 10.

“Customers can now witness, right before their very eyes, the level of precision and professionalism AC Motors dealerships implement upon every single car that rolls into their service bays,” the company said in a statement.

Per AC Motors, customers can monitor up close original equipment manufacturer (OEM)-quality aftersales service, personalized and interactive engagement, quick implementation through onsite approval, and diagnostics exclusive to the brands.

Aside from that, the AC Motors Open Workshop lets vehicle owners themselves gain all the benefits of a fast and efficient aftersales program.

AC Motors President for Automobile Group Antonio Zara III said that the Open Workshop would be the initial phase of a series of programs that its dealer network would be implementing to elevate the customer experience of both current and future customers.

"Our network is on its way to create that one-of-a-kind vehicle ownership experience, the kind that addresses not just how our valued customers use our vehicles, but more importantly how they apply and integrate mobility in their lifestyles. Ultimately, the AC Motors dealerships will elevate the mobility lifestyles of our customers, and the Open Workshop is that crucial first step," Zara explained.
