Beep adds PayMaya as reloading option
AF Payments, Inc. (AFPI) has given Beep card users more alternatives to reload their account by making PayMaya an available payment option in the former’s mobile phone app.

“We all deserve a better commuting experience, and one way to improve it is through fin tech. Through PayMaya's enterprise solutions, we have expanded the payment options available to beep app users. At the same time, we are promoting safer and more convenient digital transactions,"PayMaya President Shailesh Baidwan was quoted as saying.
For his part, AFPI President Jonathan Juan Moreno said that the newest project is another testament to the company’s commitment “in giving commuters a pleasant and safe commuting experience through a reliable and convenient cashless payment service."
The companies have been working together since 2020, by allowing PayMaya users to load up their beep cards using the PayMaya app.
For those who already the Beep card app in their mobile devices (with the Beep cards registered in the app), they simply need to follow the steps below:
- Head over to Options
- Select Buy beep Load
- Enter desired amount to top up and press Continue
- At the checkout page, choose “Pay With PayMaya” as the payment method
- Log in to PayMaya account
- A one-time PIN (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile number to confirm the transaction, and the beep card will be reloaded instantly
Meanwhile, those who do not have the mobile app yet may download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
