CAMPI-TMA Oct. 2025 YTD sales on downward growth

MANILA: The Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Incorporated (CAMPI) and the Truck Manufacturers Association (TMA) continue to experience a slight decline in their year-to-date sales as of October 2025.

    Last month, CAMPI-TMA saw 40,014 vehicles delivered to customers — just a few cars more versus October 2024’s 40,003 sales performance. However, it reflected a 5.2-percent jump from the 38,029 units rolled out to clients last September.

    Models from the commercial vehicle segment continue to corner the biggest share of the sales pie for CAMPI-TMA. Its 305,963-unit retail churn showed a nearly eight-percent climb year on year from the 283,502 units sold in January-October 2024.

    Meanwhile, the passenger car category collectively sold 77,461 units — declining by 23.2 percent with its 77,461 examples handed over to buyers.

    Keeping the top two positions in the local automotive industry are Toyota Motor Philippines (185,201 units sold) and Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (72,734 units sold).

    Ford Motor Company Philippines went up to third spot in the CAMPI-TMA power rankings with its 18,631-unit retail performance.

    Suzuki Philippines overtook Nissan Philippines with its 18,295-vehicle sales churn (after the latter dropped two posts down with its 18,125-unit performance).

    For the previous month, the segment experienced a nine-percent increase — handing over 3,603 vehicles in comparison to September 2025’s 2,223 performance.
