Ford Ranger Drives Ford PH’s November Sales
Ford Philippines recently announced that its November retail sales has increased 16 percent from the previous month to 1,891 vehicles.
The segment-defining Ford Ranger led the monthly performance with sales jumping nearly 60 percent from October to 1,158 vehicles, driving its year-to-date sales up more than 12 percent to 10,374 vehicles.
Ford launched the new Ranger lineup in September, which consists of nine different variants in the Philippines, including the first-ever Ranger Raptor, Wildtrak, XLT, and XLS variants.
The new Ranger lineup features two new-generation powertrains–the 2.0-liter Bi-Turbo and 2.0-liter Single Turbo engines, as well as the proven Duratorq engine–helping further strengthen the Ranger’s ‘Built Ford Tough’ appeal among Filipino customers.
The Ford Everest midsize SUV contributed to the November total with 446 vehicles, pushing its year-to-date sales to 5,406 vehicles.
The Ford EcoSport mini SUV recorded sales of 206 vehicles, driving its year-to-date sales to 4,803 vehicles.
The Ford Mustang posted sales of 36 vehicles, pushing its year-to-date sales up seven percent to 405 vehicles.
