Fuel prices to soar further tomorrow

Fuel companies have announced that prices at the pump will continue to increase tomorrow, which is the fourth consecutive price hike for the month of January.

    • Petron Philippines, Caltex, Cleanfuel, PTT Philippines, Seaoil, Total, and Unioil announced in their respective advisories that by tomorrow, they will be raising the prices of gasoline by P1.45 per liter, and P1.90 per liter on diesel.

    Aside from that, many of the abovementioned oil players will be jacking up the price of kerosene by P1.70 per liter.

    Other companies are expected to follow suit.

    For the first four weeks of 2022, the total amount of price hike on products at the pump up will be as follows:

    • Gasoline: P4.95 per liter
    • Diesel: P7.20 per liter
    • Kerosene: P6.75 per liter
