Gas companies to welcome June with price bump

Fuel companies are expected to jack up the prices of their pump products by tomorrow, June 1.

Based on their respective advisories, Pilipinas Shell, Caltex, Petron and Cleanfuel will increase the price of gasoline by ₱0.80 per liter and diesel by ₱0.40 per liter. The Big 3 will also raise kerosene price by ₱0.25 per liter.

Further, Petron announced that it will also implement a ₱1.25 per liter increase on the price of AutoLPG.

Other oil companies will likely follow suit.

Last week, diesel rose by ₱0.25 per liter and gasoline by ₱0.15 per liter while kerosene pump prices decreased by ₱0.15 per liter.
