Grab PH reaffirms its commitment to support Filipinos during ECQ

Following the government’s implementation of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) in the National Capital Region from August 6 to 20, 2021, Grab Philippines reaffirms its commitment to supporting the Filipino people amid these trying times.

The delivery company cites three key areas where they can help their customers during the renewed lockdown.

1. Ensuring that its suite of everyday services ranging from mobility, deliveries, and cashless payment solutions continue to operate smoothly and reliably to support the needs of consumers.

According to the company, they will continue to provide mobility services through GrabCar to help Filipinos find safe and convenient transport solutions 24/7.

Meanwhile, many Filipinos can still enjoy food from their favorite restaurants through the company’s GrabFood services. GrabMart and GrabExpress, on the other hand, will allow the company’s customers to shop for their daily needs while at the comfort — and safety — of their own homes.

Grab is also offering cashless payment methods to help minimize the risk of acquiring the COVID-19 virus through GrabPay.

2. Reinforcing commitment to platform safety and hygiene.

Grab is also implementing a variety of strategies across its services including GrabProtect, their Vacc to Normal Campaign, and Zero-tolerance on Fraud policies.

3. Leveraging its superapp strategy and platform to help local businesses and partners grow amid the lockdowns.

The company is also using the Grab app as a means to help its local partners including social sellers, merchant partners, delivery partners, and drivers.

Grab’s Madiskarteng Boss Club is aimed at continuously supporting social sellers via the first-ever #AngatSaMBC Live Selling Event on the Grab Philippines Facebook Page. Grab says that it will provide social media sellers with much-needed exposure.

The delivery company’s Marchant partners can enjoy a 15-percent discount GrabCar 2-Seater rides in the Metro from August 6-20, 2021.

Lastly, Grab drivers and delivery partners can enjoy a wide variety of benefits and programs, said Grab.
