LTFRB Opens 28 New Premium P2P Routes

The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has recently filed Memorandum Circular 2019-010, which opens 28 new Premium Point-to-Point (P2P) Bus Service routes, with all 28 routes distributed through 16 franchise packages and with each package being awarded to one applicant.

The packages and their respective routes are:

Package 1

1. Angat, Bulacan - North EDSA, Quezon City
Route Length: Approximately 59.5 kilometers
Authorized Units: 19

2. Angat, Bulacan - Lawton (with Special Stop at Tutuban)

Succesful applicants for the packages are required to submit an Affidavit of Undertaking which states that 25 percent of the required units will be delivered within three months, 50 percent within six months, and 100 percent within nine months as certified by the vehicle manufacturer/distributor from the date of submission of the pre-qualification documents.
