MG PH opens new dealership in Alabang

MG Philippines has opened its newest dealership in Alabang.

Located along Alabang-Zapote Road in Muntinlupa, MG Alabang is the third flagship store under Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (SAIC) and is operated by Auto Icon.

The new dealership — measuring 1,200 square meters — will be home to MG’s lineup of internal combustion engine-equipped cars and fully electric models. The former includes the likes of the 5, ZS, One, 3, GT, and G50 Plus while the latter includes nameplates such as the Marvel R, ZS EV, and 4 EV.

Visitors will be able to check out models on display at the showroom while relaxing in its spacious lounge area.

Cars that require basic maintenance work can be accommodated by the facility’s six-car service bay. Soon, electric vehicles can be serviced here. A charging station will also be installed in the building, which MG owners can use for free.

SAIC Motor Philippines Marketing Director Dax Avenido told Carmudi Philippines that the marque currently has 57 dealerships nationwide. By the end of the year, the company looks to put up three more locations, growing its network to 60.
