Mitsubishi PH renames after-sales service arm

Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) has announced the new name of its rebranded after-sales service arm.

  • In a statement, the Japanese automaker’s distributor in the country said that the new name — dubbed as the Mitsubishi Motors CARES — expresses the company’s continuing effort to provide better vehicle ownership experience to its customers.

    According to MMPC, the Mitsubishi Motors CARES stands for the following:

    •  Convenience: MMPC noted that customers can book service online through the Mitsubishi Service Connect (MSC) app. The same app gives registered vehicle owners access to their vehicle’s online bookings any time. The mobile app can be downloaded on Apple and Android devices.
    • Reliability: Mitsubishi vehicles that are serviced at authorized centers are assured of only using genuine parts and accessories from the brand, which are compliant with manufacturer standards and quality. The aforementioned portions are guaranteed to safeguard the model’s longevity.
    • Time: The Mitsubishi Quick Service (MQS) guarantees fast and efficient servicing. Under the aforementioned program, periodic maintenance service are completed within an hour from the issuance of repair order up to the release of the vehicle.

    Aside from that, MMPC said that promised released time on other types of works and repairs are followed to show how MMPC values and respects each owners’ time.

    Further, the company said that every Mitsubishi Motors dealership is manned by highly-skilled and certified service advisors and technicians that are ready to deliver expert care.

    MMPC said that the brand — all throughout its 59 years of doing business locally — “has been recognized for its dependable customer-oriented operations.”

    “With Mitsubishi Motors, there's really more to the vehicle than just metal. There is the promise of a wonderful car life journey that we wish to be passed on to generations of Filipino families. With Mitsubishi Motors CARES we want customers to be constantly reminded to remain worry-free and confident that they are leaving their vehicles in the best hands whenever they enter our service workshops,” MMPC President and Chief Executive Officer Takeshi Hara was quoted as saying.

    “We look forward to helping them take care of their Mitsubishi. This is what we mean by ‘Life Made Better’. We want to provide utmost driving pleasure, safety and satisfaction not just through the product itself but also in all aspects when it comes to aftersales,” he added.
