Motorists welcome Oct. 2025 with fuel price increases

MANILA: Motorists will welcome the month of October with yet another salvo of price increases for fuel products. 

With updates expected to be implemented tomorrow (October 7, 2025), the cost of gasoline will jump by P0.20 per liter, diesel by P0.80 per liter, and kerosene by P0.20 per liter. 

These changes are announced by local oil players Unioil, Cleanfuel, Phoenix Petroleum Philippines Incorporated, Petron, and Shell. 

Here is the summary of this week’s price changes:

Diesel	P0.80 per liter (increase)
Kerosene	P0.20 per liter (increase)

Last week’s movement 

Last week, the price of fuel saw an upward movement. The price of products at the pump has all relatively increased.
