MANILA: Both the Isuzu D-Max and mu-X got good efficiency ratings at the 2025 Department of Energy-Petron Fuel Economy Run last September 24.
After covering around 155 kilometers of road along Tarlac-Pampanga-La Union Expressway for the activity, the models’ LS-A 4x2 AT got fuel efficiency ratings as high as 20.63 kilometers per liter of gasoline equivalent (km/Lge) — as shared by the energy department.

Per IPC, the results showased “balance of power, comfort, and efficiency that both models are known for.”
