Suzuki PH adds new Carry, Dzire variants

Suzuki Philippines, Inc. (SPH) has boosted its current lineup by offering additional variants for the Dzire and Carry specifically designed for commercial use and hospital use.

The local distributor of the Japanese compact car brand said that the Dzire GA Taxi, Carry Ambulance, and Carry Lineman will be offered until June 6 and are featured in 18 Suzuki showrooms.

In a statement, SPH shared that the Suzuki Carry Ambulance has “become a staple in the medical field and a reliable partner for hospitals nationwide” because of its ability to cater to numerous medical needs.

The aforementioned offering comes in two options: the one without an air- conditioning system in the rear priced at P952,000 and the one with, pegged at P1.032 million.

Meanwhile, the Suzuki Carry Lineman, features accessories such as cab connector, ladder rack, tool box, and mesh wire. The vehicle is currently being retailed for P749,000 (P554,000-unit price plus the P195,000-accessory price).

The two new builds under the Carry nameplate were made in partnership with Centro Manufacturing Corporation.

Lastly, the Dzire GA Taxi comes with P31,000 worth of accessories, which includes a controller area network (CAN) bus interface with wiring harness, taxi meter, LED “For Hire” sign, and top light. Interested buyers purchase the Dzire GA Taxi for P559,000.

“Suzuki is pleased to spearhead this initiative to have these utility vehicles visible and accessible to a wider audience and market, specifically for the more congested cities across the metropolitan area,” shared SPH Vice President and General Manager for Automobile Keiichi Suzuki.

“It is our hope to provide the highest quality and quantity of assistance needed for hospitals and businesses nationwide,” he added.
