Volkswagen, ACEI end distribution ties
MANILA: After around 12 years, Volkswagen is exiting the Philippine market anew after its distribution partnership with Automobile Central Enterprise Incorporated (ACEI) has officially ended.

On the other hand, Volkswagen AG Sales Director for India and ASEAN Vassil Stavrev said that the automaker is thankful to ACEI for the stewardship over the years.

What will happen to Volkswagen existing customers?
As Volkswagen’s sales activities in the country will end, the marque’s brand’s last running dealership (located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig), shall also stop operations come end of the month.
However, ACEI shared that Volkswagen would continue to provide vehicle servicing, maintenance, and warranty support to customers locally through its Alabang and Pampanga service centers as well as other authorized service touchpoints.
