The Suzuki RM Z450 is one of the most well designed and balanced middleweight offroaders available in the Philippines market. Designed for purely adventure purposes, the latest model that I bought features the acclaimed EFI system which enhances the effective cornering ability and overall performance of the bike. The single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected, 449cc engine along with a 5-speed gearbox, makes 49 hp of power and delivers 44 Nm of peak torque. After riding it for almost a year, I can undoubtedly say that the bike is a fully functional motocross motorcycle that is designed to handle all kinds of roads or no roads at all. The sturdy suspension setup consisted of inverted hydraulic telescopic forks at the front and link-type monoshock with aluminium swingarm at the rear and the 21-inch front wheel and 19-inch rear wheel tires, enhancing its off-road capabilities.
