ADVISORY: NCR roadworks on Oct. 31-Nov. 6, 2023

Road repairs will be conducted at select areas in the National Capital Region starting later tonight, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) advised.

According to the agency, the roadworks will be conducted by the Department of Public Works and Highways beginning 11 p.m. of October 31.

Based on the advisory, the repairs will be at the following sites:

• C-5 Road southward, second lane (fronting Shell), Pasig City
• Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (EDSA) southbound lane, Annapolis to Connecticut (intermittent, outer lane), San Juan City
• EDSA southbound lane, after Malibay Bridge (outer lane), Pasay City 
• EDSA northbound lane, between G. De Jesus to General Tirona Streets in Caloocan City 
• Rizal Avenue Exit northbound, Between 11th Avenue and Bustamante Street (first lane), Caloocan City 

Per MMDA, the said roads will become fully passable by 5 a.m. of November 6.
