Alfa Romeo Giulia GTA and GTAm to make UK debut

The GTA and GTAm models of Alfa Romeo’s Giulia executive sedan will make their UK debut at the 2021 Festival of Speed at Goodwood which will take place from July 8 to 11, 2021.

In addition, the Giulia GTA will take on the infamous 1.16-mile hill climb after it makes its appearance in the annual event.

According to the Italian luxury carmaker, fans will be able to see, hear, smell, and get up close to the car that resurrected the iconic GTA name at the upcoming Festival of Speed.

The Giulia GTA will be fitted with an updated version of the aluminum 2.9-liter V6 bi-turbo engine featured in the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio — the brand’s high-performance luxury sports sedan.

Its powertrain setup allows the Giulia GTA to generate 540 horsepower.

Thanks to the refreshed engine and the use of lightweight materials and enhanced aerodynamics developed in collaboration with Sauber Engineering, the GTA boasts a zero-to-62mph time of 3.6 seconds.

The Alfa Romeo Giulia GTA and GTAm will come with a price tag of €175,281 and €180,281 respectively.
