The aforementioned institution is said to cultivate positive work values and nurture human virtues as part also of its corporate social responsibility.

“Likewise, AIT’s core values firmly promote Competence, Character and Concern for Others; each speaks highly about their systematic run of things.  More than the usual classroom set up, AIT made sure that the trainees can have more adept internship through hands-on routines mentored by competent and seasoned professional trainers,” the company shared.

“Thus, having a mode of training delivery which combines theoretical and practical training. AIT refers to this learning as ‘Dual Training’ because the training happens in two venues — the training center and the company. The student-trainee reports to the school/training center while at the same time, he works and trains in the company,” Autohub noted.

“Through this approach, both share the responsibility of providing trainees with well-coordinated learning experiences and opportunities.  This collaboration between the school and the company ensures that the trainees are assessment-ready for the TESDA National Level Certification and fully equipped with employable skills, work knowledge, and attitudes at the end of the training,” it added.
