“Thus, having a mode of training delivery which combines theoretical and practical training. AIT refers to this learning as ‘Dual Training’ because the training happens in two venues — the training center and the company. The student-trainee reports to the school/training center while at the same time, he works and trains in the company,” Autohub noted.

“Through this approach, both share the responsibility of providing trainees with well-coordinated learning experiences and opportunities.  This collaboration between the school and the company ensures that the trainees are assessment-ready for the TESDA National Level Certification and fully equipped with employable skills, work knowledge, and attitudes at the end of the training,” it added.
