BYD Cars PH start reservation period for all-new Atto 2, new Seal 5

MANILA: BYD Cars Philippines will formally launch the all-new Atto 2 and new Seal 5 this month.

According to the ACMobility-led subsidiary, the formal introduction of the two models are set on July 28 at the Trinoma Activity Center, Quezon City.

As the launch date draws near, the company announced that the reservation period both models has already started.

Here are some tidbits about the two models.

The all-new BYD Atto 2 will be offered in three variants, either carrying a hybrid engine (DM-i) or a battery-powered electric motor. They are:

DM-i	EV
Premium Dynamic	Premium

Per BYD Cars Philippines, the model—first publicly seen locally at the Manila International Auto Show last April—is designed to cater to “value-driven, practical, and aspirational motorists” and is expected to make “electrified mobility more accessible than ever.”

On the other hand, the new BYD Seal 5 DM-I is expected to wear updated aesthetics and features. This will come in two variations:

• Dynamic
• Essential

The company has yet to share the models’ official specifications, pricing, and other offers but interested customers are encouraged to visit their nearest BYD dealership to know more about them. They may also visit bydcarsph.com/atto2-and-seal5-teaser to register.
