MANILA: Vehicle sales for the first five months of 2025 for Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Incorporated (CAMPI) and the Truck Manufacturers Association (TMA) breached the 190,000-unit mark.
Such a retail performance showed 1.7-percent growth when stacked up against the 187,191 examples sold in January-May last year.
For May alone, the two groups collectively retailed 39,775 units — an 18.4-percent increase versus 33,580 units rolled out to clients in April 2025 but reflected a 1.2-percent slide over the 40,271 vehicles delivered to customers in the same month the previous year.
