Father and Son’s Toy Car Collection Worth PHP1.5 M

Do you consider yourself an avid toy car collector? How much would say your collection is worth?

A father-and-son duo hailing from Vigan City showcased their toy car collection for a popular TV network, which is currently valued at Php 1.5 million.

The toy car collection, which includes more than 100 mini Ferrari replicas, was assembled by 11-year-old Gian Gabriel Rapacon with the help of his dad, Jonathan Rapacon.

Gusto ko kasi ang mga ito kasi maganda at uso," said the younger Rapacon.

The elder Rapacon, who works in Italy, said he dreamed of amassing such a collection when he was young.

Noong bata ako, hindi ko mabili ang mga gusto ko. Noong nagka-trabaho na ako at napunta sa Europa, dito sa Italy, nabibili ko na,” relayed Jonathan.

Jonathan enjoys the fact that his son shares his passion.

Aside from toy cars, the two also collect t-shirts, shoes, caps, and other memorabilia.
