Gas, diesel, kerosene prices set to hike tomorrow
With the National Capital Region and nearby provinces now on the third week of the modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ), fuel companies announced that they will implement another round of price increases on pump products.
Based on their respective advisories Pilipinas Shell, Caltex, and Cleanfuel will be increasing the price of gasoline by ₱0.45 per liter and diesel by ₱0.35 per liter.
Aside from that, the aforementioned oil firms (Cleanfuel not included) will be jacking up the price of kerosene by ₱0.65 per liter.
These adjustment will be made tomorrow, Tuesday, (April 27, 2021).
The upward movement followed last week’s price hike on gasoline by ₱0.60 per liter, ₱0.70 per liter on diesel and ₱0.85 per liter on kerosene.
