Gran Turismo Sport to Go on Sale on October 17

Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Asia has announced that the latest edition of the popular Gran Turismo franchise, Gran Turismo Sport, will go on sale on October 17. As a treat to the game's loyal fans, Sony Interactive Entertainment Hong Kong Limited Singapore Branch will release a special edition bundle of the console and the game in October 2017.

Aptly-called as the 'PlayStation 4 Gran Turismo Sport Special Edition,' the package consist of the PlayStation 4 (1TB) console and the game Gran Turismo Sport. What makes the package stand out though is that both the gaming console and its DualShock 4 wireless controller come in a striking and stylish jet black and silver two-tone color design with the Gran Turismo logo featured in the center.

The Gran Turismo Sport is packed full of content, including Vision Gran Turismo concept models and prototypes developed by Bugatti, Aston Martin, and Mercedes Benz, as well as many other real cars for a total of over 150 vehicles to choose from in game. These cars can be raced in 17 different locations with 28 different course layouts from all over the world. Players get to enjoy all the aspects of motor racing, from customizing the vehicles down to its racing livery to enjoying the very realistic vehicle handling provided by the game's new physics engine. In addition, with the introduction of the world's first FIA (Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile) approved championships, users can now enjoy realistic high pressure Gran Turismo Sport competitions via online play.

The PlayStation 4 Gran Turismo Sport Special Edition pack has a suggested retail price of P20,900. As for the game itself: the Standard Edition costs P2,599 and comes with a 3-Car Pack and a free Gran Turismo Sport umbrella "while stocks last;" the Limited Edition costs P3,199 and comes with a Gran Turismo Sport limited-edition Steel Book and Art Book, and an 8-Car Pack; and the Collector's Edition comes with the aforementioned Steel Book, Art Book, and 8-Car Pack to go with an exclusive Diecast Car for P5,799.
