Hino Motors Philippines (HMP), the exclusive distributor of Hino trucks and buses in the country, continues to strengthen its foothold in the Philippines with the ground-breaking of Hino's first dealership in Negros Occidental. Offering HMP's full service and product line, the soon-to-rise dealership based in Talisay City, Metro Bacolod is expected to provide efficient trucking solutions that will meet the growing logistics demand of the province. The new outlet brings to 19 the total number Hino dealerships in the country. Strategically located along the main automotive road across the premier Ayala North District, the dealership is easily accessible to trade zones which allows for the assistance and accommodation of more customers. The expansion in key growth areas such as Negros Occidental is part of the company's objective to increase its presence nationwide. "We at Hino Motors Philippines are always looking for opportunities to better serve the Philippine market by providing high quality trucks, buses and automated services while also strengthening our stronghold in the country. By opening more dealerships outside Metro Manila, we are able to bring efficient, durable, safe and eco-friendly trucks and buses to more Filipinos, especially in the Negros region where major industries require medium and heavy-duty trucks," shared HMP Chairman Vicente T. Mills, Jr. Negros Occidental, known as the Sugar Bowl and Renewable Energy Capital of the Philippines, leads the country's sugar and bioethanol fuel production, making the province the 3rd richest in the Philippines and the 2nd richest in Visayas region. With invaluable resources such as sugar and fuel as trade assets, Negros Occidental continues to attract big business investors from both inside and outside the country, which elevates the province’s economic potential. "Hino is committed to providing total support in key growth areas, particularly in regions with strong players from the trading industry. By opening a new dealership here in Negros Occidental, HMP will be able to address the high demand for quality trucks and buses of the province's agri-business sector," shared HMP President Hiroshi Aoki. The new dealership is owned by Truckmax Sales and Services, Inc., under the direct management of its President, Aylwin Y. Yap. Categorized as a 3S dealership, the new outlet will operate as a one-stop-shop offering sales, spare parts and services for drivers around the area. HMP has been engaged in the assembly and exclusive distribution of quality Hino trucks and buses in the Philippines for more than 40 years. HMP addresses the transport needs of businesses ranging from small and medium enterprises to big corporations by providing safe, durable and reliable trucks.
