“Through collaboration and shared progress, the 10th PIMS showcases how the industry continues to push boundaries while shaping a future that is inclusive and responsive to the needs of Filipinos,” Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines Incorporated (CAMPI) President Jing Atienza — who emphasized the automotive industry’s commitment to shaping a more inclusive and responsive future — was quoted as saying.

Event launches
Many CAMPI members used PIMS 2026 as a fitting platform to roll out their respective new models.
Toyota
Leading the roll-out roster is Toyota Motor Philippines, which premiered the all-new Land Cruiser FJ, all-new Hilux, and new Land Cruiser HEV.
Photo by Juan Paulo PapaIn addition, the brand, which takes the biggest slice in the local auto industry’s pie, also showcased its lineup of vehicles powered by traditional internal combustion engines, hybrid powertrains, and all-electric systems — highlighting the brand’s multi-faceted approach to carbon neutrality.
Suzuki
Up next, Suzuki Philippines Incorporated finally unleashed the e-Vitara, marking its first legitimate electrified offering in the country after a salvo of mild-hybrid models.
Likewise, it displayed some of the abovementioned mild-hybrids, namely the Suzuki XL7 Hybrid Black Edition, Dzire Hybrid, and Fronx Hybrid, alongside the popular Jimny 3-door.
Subaru
Japanese carmaker Subaru also joined its fellow manufacturers from the Land of the Rising Sun in expanding its electrified offerings with the rollout of the Crosstrek e-Boxer Hybrid.

Nissan
On the other hand, Nissan Philippines launched the much-awaited all-new X-Trail e-Power. Further, it previewed the all-new Kicks e-Power, Navara Pro Plug-in Hybrid, and Primera EV.

Meanwhile, Chinese-owned car marque (rooted in British heritage) Morris Garages (MG Philippines), launched the RX9 PHEV (plug-in hybrid electric vehicle), MG4 Urban, and HS PHEV.
Exciting previews
For those wanting to know what’s in store for the future of the Philippine auto industry, CAMPI members highlighted its upcoming models.
Isuzu
For Isuzu Philippines Corporation’s part, it featured the latest iteration of the D-Max pickup truck, as well as the 2026 mu-X and Traviz under its “Built For Those Who Choose to be Different” theme.
Mitsubishi
Jetour
Not to be outdone, Jetour Auto Philippines showcased the T1, T2, and X70 SUVs — all equipped with Lightning i-DM plug-in hybrid electric vehicle technology.

BAIC
Across the show floor, BAIC Philippines featured the B60e Beaumont rEV, B40e Pro Trailmaster rEV, and B30e Dune Hybrid.

And since we’re speaking of teasing, Kia Philippines (under Ayala’s ACMobility) had a special preview teaser of the Kia Sportage Turbo Hybrid, EV3, and PV5, which will be launched in 2026.

Omoda, Jaecoo
Twin marques Omoda and Jaecoo launched the J5 EV. Its arrival signals a bolstered electric car lineup from the budding brands.
