Meet the Most Badass Nissan Navara Yet: the Navara Off-Roader AT32

Paris, France: Nissan Navara has just unveiled the newly-refreshed version of its most rugged Navara to-date: the Off-Roader AT32. Using the previous limited edition and growing the #GoAnywhere capabilities of the Navara, the updated version has been created to maintain its status as the leader in off-road driving while enhancing efficiency and drive-ability on the road.

The newest Nissan Navara Off-Roader AT32 is a collaboration between Nissan and Icelandic off-road experts Arctic Trucks. It uses a full, upgraded aluminum under-body shielding, and an improved shape that allows for better protection. Designed to be extremely tough, the Navara can surmount almost all challenging terrain with relative ease.

Its 31.6' Nokian tires have also been fitted to enhance fuel economy ratings and lesser carbon emissions. It also improves on-road handling without affecting its off-road ability. The specially-fitted satin black alloy wheels with dual valves  allow faster and accurate tire pressure adjustment even when driving through different terrains.

Not everything is updated in the Off-Roader AT32. Features like the bespoke all-terrain wheel arch extensions and all-terrain optimized Bilstein performance suspension are still carried from the previous updates. The model also continues the special badging on the front wings, arch extensions, mud guards, side steps, tailgate, and wheel centers.

In terms of safety features, the Navara OFF-ROADER AT32 features Hill Start Assist, Hill Descent Control, Intelligent Emergency Braking and Intelligent Around View Monitor.

"The Nissan Navara OFF-ROADER AT32 was a sell-out success and proved incredibly popular with adventurers seeking elegance and toughness," said Manuel BURDIEL, General Manager Europe, LCV Sales and Business Development.

"We have upgraded the OFF-ROADER AT32 so it can maintain its position as the ultimate Navara while bringing new efficiency and becoming fully WLTP compliant. It's the perfect blend of in-car technology, comfort and extreme off-road performance," he added.

The Nissan Navara OFF-ROADER AT32 goes on sale from February 2020 across Europe with local pricing to be announced upon launch.

Nissan's "Go Anywhere Drive Campaign"

Nissan's created the "Go Anywhere 2019 Drive Campaign" to prove that everyone can go anywhere with confidence no matter which location they choose across the country.

More important is that it aims to empower adventurers to reach their dream destinations using Nissan’s tough LCV line-up.

This campaign also extended to the Philippines, where the Nissan Patrol Royale conquered Taal, Batangas and Siquijor. Nissan also included its other tougher pickups like the Nissan Terra and Navara in challenging the country's scenic islands and roads.
