Oil players to implement pump price hike on gasoline this week
Oil players in the Philippines shall implement mixed movements on the pricing of their products at the pump this week.

Oil companies are set to raise the retail prices of gasoline by P0.50 per liter, but will cut down P0.40 per liter on gasoline and P0.35 per liter on kerosene.When will the price adjustments take effect?
The said movements shall become effective as early as 12:01 a.m. of March 5, 2024.Per their respective advisories, Caltex, Cleanfuel, Petron, and Seaoil are set to raise the retail price of gasoline products by P0.50 per liter but will trim down P0.40 per liter on diesel.
Aside from that Caltex, Petron, and Seaoil will also reduce P0.30 per liter on kerosene’s pump price.
The aforementioned adjustments shall take effect as early as 12:01 a.m. tomorrow (March 5). Other companies are expected to conduct similar movements.
Last February 27, local players rolled back the prices of gasoline by P0.70 per liter, diesel by 0.95 per liter, and kerosene by P1.10 per liter.
