Oil prices to slide down this week
Local oil players are set to trim down the prices of their products at the pump this week.

Prices of gasoline products shall slide by P0.60 per liter, diesel by P0.30 per liter, and kerosene by P0.60 per liter.What time will the adjustments take place?
The adjustments could reflect as early as 12:01 a.m. tomorrow.Based on their respective advisories, Caltex, Cleanfuel, and Seaoil said that the retail price of gasoline shall go down by P0.60 per liter, and diesel by P0.30 per liter.
In addition, some of the aforementioned brands will also reduce the price of kerosene by P0.60 per liter as well.
The adjustment on pump prices — which other fuel companies are expected to follow suit — shall begin at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday (June 6).
Last week, firms raised the pump prices of gasoline by P1.10 per liter but cut down the price of kerosene by P0.35 per liter. No movement was made on the price of diesel.
