    The vehicles maintained an 80 kilometers per hour (kph) cruising speed (reaching a 90 kph maximum speed when necessary). The nearly 13-hour drive covered six destinations, including Shell Mampalasan, North Luzon Expressway Balagtas, Petron TPLEX (Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway) northbound, Clean Beach Coffee, Poro Point Lighthouse, and Shell TPLEX Rosario.

    Further vehicles that took part in the test used only standard equipment; tire pressures at 42 psi; carrying three passengers and 10 kilograms worth of items; and were in extreme energy-saving mode with the highest regenerative braking settings activated.

    Air-conditioning system settings (temperature and blower) were used according to passenger preference while headlamps, wipers and infotainment system were also utilized to simulate real-world driving conditions.

    Further, adaptive cruise control was also engaged on both test units.
