Pre-Christmas oil price hike slated tomorrow
Oil companies are set to implement a pump price hike on their products tomorrow — which is less than a week's time before Christmas.

Based on their advisories, diesel prices will go up by P2.90 per liter, gasoline by P0.70 per liter, and kerosene by P1.65 per liter.Based on their respective advisories, Caltex, Cleanfuel, Petron, Seaoil, and Unioil will add P2.90 per liter on diesel and P0.70 per liter on gasoline, stopping the price drop streak.
Aside from that, fuel companies shall also jack up the price of kerosene by P1.65 per liter.
Other firms are expected to implement the same adjustment, which will start by 12:01 a.m.
Last week, local players reduced the price of diesel by P3.40 per liter, gasoline by P1.70 per liter, and kerosene by P4.40 per liter.
