The New Citroën C3 Now Boasts of Better Comfort and Personality

There's something about the newest Citroën C3. Now fresher, bolder, and more colorful, this B-segment, 5-door super-mini that gives better and enhanced comfort and personality to the sector.

Considered Citroën's best-selling model, the C3 model has already sold more than 4 million units since it was introduced in 2002. The newest Citroën C3 is set to make a statement with its highly-customizable character and its most technologically-advanced features, especially the world premiere of ConnectedCAM Citroën. This on-board HD camera allows drivers to directly share photos and videos of their trips with their families and friends easily.

The newest C3 has a fun, fresh personality that's brimming with comfort, technology, and style. It incorporates the core values of Citroën: Optimistic, Human & Smart.

Optimistic

The new C3 offers striking colors, smoother curves and bolder color options for a more dynamic look.

It's highly-customizable--even its paint colors can be changed depending on your preferences. You have the option to choose a two-tone alternative for the exterior, with three roof colors and free highlights around the car, on the door mirrors, airbump panels, fog lights, door mirrors, and rear quarter panels. Even the interiors can be changed depending on your preferences, so you can choose four different interiors for a more spacious feel inside.

Human

The newest C3 offers the Citroën Advanced Comfort feature. It offers a bulk of components that assure the best comfort and convenience for both passengers and drivers alike. This alone offers the following: a 7-inch touchscreen for convenient access to all vehicle functions, panoramic glass sunroof to let in natural light, key-less entry and start system.

Smart

C3 is also giving a world premiere of ConnectedCAM Citroën. Located behind the rear view mirror, this fully-integrated camera can capture images and video that can can be shared on social media channels in an instant. It can also double as a security feature that can save video footage as evidence.

It also has more options to make for a pleasurable driving experience on the road. Its driver assistance system has voice-controlled 3D navigation, reverse camera, blind-spot monitoring, and lane departure warning.

The 2020 C3 offers buyers a choice of high-performance power-train options: PureTech petrol and BlueHDi Diesel engines, together with the latest generation EAT6 fully automatic gearbox available as part of the range.

“The New C3 has all the Citroën values and all the qualities to give the brand new impetus, which is especially important as the previous model accounted for almost one in five sales in Europe. A comfortable car with real personality, it is set to appeal to new customers looking for a modern car with character," said Citroën's CEO, Linda Jackson.

“With its unique body style, personalized features and connectivity, New C3 is a bold, fresh, modern car. It illustrates the ongoing Citroën product offensive,” added Citroën Product Director, Xavier Peugeot.

Sadly, the newest C3 isn't sold here in the Philippines (yet). Still, it's a vehicle that's truly worth it for the right buyer--even if it means going to Europe just to purchase it.
