ADVISORY: DPWH to perform road reblocking activities this weekend

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) announced that the agency will conduct reblocking and repairs on the following roads starting 11 p.m. tonight, January 27, until January 30.

• C-5 Service Road along Pasig Blvd. Brgy. Bagong Ilog near Rizal Medical Center, and along Julia Vargas cor. Lanuza Ave., Brgy, Ugong near Valle Verde 5, Pasig City.

Alternate Route: from Pasig Blvd. to turn left to Lakewood Drive then straight to E. Mejia St., then to C-5. Take U-turn slot under the Bagong Ilog flyover for Northbound vehicles.

• Cloverleaf (Chainage 000-Chainage 234) going to North Luzon Expressway (NLEX)
• Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) Southbound (Balingasa Creek to Oliveros Footbridge) Quezon City

Per DPWH, the abovementioned roads will be fully passable by 5 a.m. on Monday, January 30.

That said, motorists passing through these roads are advised to take alternate routes.
