Autohub revives 'stronger' after-warranty service

The Autohub Group of Companies continues to bolster its string of offerings in the market with the relaunching of its after-warranty service arm — now backed up with more partners.

The Group brought back the Nexthub Auto Care and at the same time, introduced its premium version that is specifically developed for luxury and performance models.

With that, Autohub’s comebacking service arm now has a total of seven branches — with a possibility of putting up more in the future.

Per Autohub, the Nexthub Auto Care Premier is ready to provide premium car care needs while the Nexthub Auto Care is designed for the mass-market brands.

All Nexthub branches have lounges that offer clients a comfortable place to stay while waiting for the completion of services they have availed, which could be any of the following:

• Change oil
• Periodic maintenance service
• Mechanical repairs
• Automatic transmission fluid dialysis
• Wheel alignment
• Towing services
• Rotor disc refacing
• Interior and exterior detailing
• Underwash
• Brake inspection and repair
• Vehicle trade-in
• Insurance renewal
• V-Kool premium window films
• Ceramic coating paint protection

Helping Nexthub Auto Care’s goal of extending a wide array of services are the firm’s partners namely Pioneer Insurance, Oriental and Motolite Marketing Corporation, Shell Philippines, All Inclusive Sales Incoporated, and the Automobile Association of the Philippines (AAP).

According to Autohub, its joint venture with Shell Philippines is the always-connected car diagnostic sensor CAR+ (Car Analytics, Real Time). The device was developed to dish out information about the vehicle’s performance that can help address issues before turning into major problems.

Apart from that, the CAR+ device also features temperature sensing, and reporting of diagnostic trouble codes (DTC).

Customers can subscribe to the program when they avail any Shell Helix Fully Synthetic oil change packages. The CAR+ package will be available starting July exclusively in all Nexthub branches.

Further, Autohub’s partnership with AAP allowed the former to provide emergency roadside assistance for both four- and two-wheeled vehicles. Aside from having the aforementioned advantage when buying a brand-new vehicle, the Group also has packages for Service customers that include towing, battery change and recovery, flat tire assistance, and services such as international drivers permit, clubs membership events, and discounts.

Additionally, Nexthub is also giving clients a household name in the local car battery industry by offering the Motolite Gold and Excel line.

Moreover, Pioneer Insurance also forged an alliance with Autohub to provide innovative motor vehicle insurance solutions to the car and motorcycle market.

Apart from Pioneer offering Nexthub's services to its clients for professional and affordable maintenance and repairs, the two shall also have the "Ayos Agad!" claims initiative for those who bring their vehicles to Nexthub to have real-time assessment — eliminating the long wait from usual insurance claims by using video and voice technology solutions.
