Ford Philippines is set to launch the new Ford Everest in the country this month.

The new Ford Everest will see much-anticipated enhancements, most notably in its engine and transmission that will improve the ownership experience. The new-generation Everest will also carry changes in its exterior, interior, and driver-assist technologies.

In order to bring the new Ford Everest closer to customers, Ford Philippines is bringing back its experiential test drive event 'Ford Island Conquest' with the new Ford Everest as the featured test drive vehicle.

Now on its third year, the Ford Island Conquest will kick off at the MegaTent Events Venue in Libis, Quezon City on August 10 and 11, 2019, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. It is open to the public and free of charge.

As an exclusive offer, all customers reserving the new Ford Everest at the two-day event will get free five-year Scheduled Service Plan (SSP) to complement their purchase.

Those who will reserve a Ford EcoSport, Ford Mustang, Ford Ranger Wildtrak, XLT or XLS, Ford Explorer, or Ford Expedition which will also be on display at the Ford Island Conquest also have the chance to get an additional cash discount of as much as PHP100,000 on top of existing Truck Month and Big Deal offers. Over PHP1 million worth of cash discounts and prizes are up for grabs at the two-day event.

First launched in the Philippines in 2003, the Ford Everest was a breakthrough in the local SUV market, combining rugged performance and capability with comfort and convenience. Its widespread popularity in the succeeding years demonstrated its ability to fulfill a growing demand for customers needing an SUV for everyday use with the capacity to withstand challenging roads and terrains with its ground clearance and best-in-class water-wading capability.

Since it launched, the Ford Everest has sold over 65,000 units in the Philippines and has consistently been among the top midsize SUVs in the country and Ford's top-seller in the last few years.
