Motul-backed Team Mugen victorious at Motegi

The Motul-sponsored Team Mugen added yet another feather to its cap after securing another impressive victory at Motegi.

Driver Tomoki Nojiri showcased a dominant pole-to-win performance in Round 7 of the thrilling Super Formula 2023 championship at the renowned race track’s 2.4-kilometer section. Here, the Japanese racer was able to clinch another victory.

To note, Nojiri won the championship’s opening round at Fuji International Speedway and is now just 10 points away behind the leader of the Drivers’ Standing.

“In previous rounds, I had struggled in achieving any results. However, this weekend my speed was exceptional!” Nojiri commented.

“As I get ready for the last race at Suzuka where I’m competing for the championship, I feel really excited about my goal of winning for the third time in a row,” he added.

“Thanks to Motul’s lubricants, I can confidently push myself to the limits. I feel grateful for their support and continue to do my best in the next race,” stated Team Mugen’s Number 1 driver, explaining his confidence in his Motul 300V-powered Honda HR-417E.
