According to Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation’s (MPTC) smart mobility arm, the forthcoming All Saints’ Day, All Souls’ Day, and barangay elections could cause heavy vehicle traffic.

For those who will travel during the said holiday dates, here are some tips from MPT Mobility.

Use Easytrip RFID

One of the ways motorists can make their travels more convenient is by using an Easytrip RFID (radio frequency identification) sticker.

Going through toll plazas can be a breeze instead of a burden as it ensures effortless passage from the tollway to one’s destination.

And for those looking to find a place to have an RFID sticker installed on their vehicle, a simple Google Maps search or a quick browse at the Easytrip Station Finder can help one discover various locations to do so.

“While RFID installation is available at some toll plazas, visiting dedicated stations ahead of time is recommended for swift transactions and to dodge expressway congestion. Just fill out the subscription form, pay the initial load requirement (the RFID sticker and installation are free!), and you’re done!” MPT Mobility explained.

Keep travel tools at the ready

Keeping one’s travel tools at the ready is another sound advice offered by MPT Mobility. These include first aid kits, power banks, extra cash, as well as extra snacks and fluids.
