Under the aforementioned program, Class 1 vehicles may avail the free towing service beginning 6 a.m. of December 23, up to 6 a.m. of December 26 as well as on 6 a.m. of January 1, 2023 until 6 a.m. of January 3, 2023.

MPT South noted that construction works along the main line will also be suspended, except for emergency repairs.

    CAVITEX

Relatedly, the tollway operator reiterated that its “Download, Drive, and Win” raffle promo is still ongoing, which is open to all individual prepaid Class 1, 2, and 3 users of Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC)-run expressways such as the CAVITEX, C5 Link, Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX), North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX), and Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX).

MPT South shared that motorists can join the raffle by downloading MPT Drive Hub app, where they could earn points that are equivalent to raffle entries.

“We are after the safety and smooth passage of our motorists 365 days of the year, and we are grateful for their patronage all these years. With Download, Drive, and Win raffle promo, we hope to add joy to the yuletide season. We also hope to encourage the habit of ensuring sufficient load balance when passing through our toll roads, since it is now easier to monitor and reload real-time using MPT Drive Hub app,” MPT South President and General Manager Raul Ignacio was quoted as saying.

To note, the MPT Drive Hub app allows tracking of passages, calculation of toll fees, and monitoring of traffic conditions of MPTC expressways. Motorists may also request roadside assistance or send inquiries and feedback through the mobile app.
