Number Coding Scheme Lifted Due to Bad Weather

The Metro Manila Development Authority has lifted the number coding scheme earlier today, as Typhoon Lannie and Tropical Depression Maring continue to gain strength in the country.

Initially, the MMDA announced that all cities and municipalities except Las Pinas City, Metro Manila and Makati will be under the vehicular volume reduction program. However, they changed their announcement to "all cities and municipalities in the metro" later on.
