Oil firms hike pump prices for 3rd time this Jan.
Fuel companies has continued its pump price hike today—making it the third consecutive increase for the month of January.

In a span of three weeks, gasoline prices grew by P3.5 per liter, diesel by P5.30 per liter and kerosene by P5.05 per liter.In their respective advisories, Petron Philippines, Caltex Philippines, Cleanfuel, Seaoil Philippines, Unioil and Flying V said that they will raise the price of diesel by P1.80 per liter and gasoline by P0.90 per liter.
Aside from that, most of the abovementioned oil firms are to jack up the price of kerosene this day by P2.30 per liter.
Other companies are expected to implement the same movement.
For the first three weeks, the total amount of price hike on products at the pump up to today are as follows:
- Gasoline: P3.5 per liter
- Diesel: +P5.30 per liter
- Kerosene: +P5.05 per liter
