PH oil players to close Aug. with pump price cuts
After conducting an increase of up to P1.20 per liter last week, local oil players shall cut down the prices of their products at the pump this week.

The movements in the pump prices will start today (August 27).Based on their advisories, Cleanfuel, Petron, Seaoil, and Unioil shall implement a price rollback on gasoline products by P1.15 per liter and diesel by P1.90 per liter.

The adjustments — which other firms are expected to similarly conduct — will be effective today (August 27).
It can be recalled that in the previous week, local players added P1 per liter on gasoline and kerosene, as well as P1.20 per liter on diesel.
