Transmission issues, clunky infotainment system
The Chevrolet Captiva was one of my worst purchases. I should have researched a bit more before buying this car. It started malfunctioning just after seven months of purchase, which was something I did not imagine. I also faced problems with automatic transmissions, which led to slipping or rough shifting. The air conditioner stopped working just after 12 months of ownership, and even after repeated visits to the service center, the issue has still not been resolved. The infotainment system is clunky, and the controls are not in the right place.
