Additionally, to receive a TSP+ rating, “good” or “acceptable” headlights must be standard across all variants.
Per IIHS, the tested 2022 Audi Q4 e-tron achieved a “good” rating in all six crashworthiness tests. It also had “good” headlight ratings and “superior” ratings in both its vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-pedestrian front crash prevention test. Likewise, the tested 2022 Audi Q4 e-tron Sportback received “good” ratings in all six crashworthiness tests and “good” headlight ratings. However, it received a “superior” rating for its vehicle-to-vehicle front crash prevention test and an “advanced” rating for its vehicle-to-pedestrian front crash prevention test.
The Audi Q4 e-tron and Q4 Sportback e-tron sit alongside its stablemate, the Audi Q5 and the Audi Q5 Sportback, in the list of 2022 TSP+ awardees for the midsize luxury SUV category.
