Gasoline, kerosene prices to go down tomorrow

MANILA: The prices of diesel and kerosene are slated to decrease slightly while the cost of gasoline is expected to stay the same.

    Fuel companies Caltex, Cleanfuel, Jetti, Petron, and Unioil announced that they will roll back the amount of diesel by P0.10 per liter. Meanwhile, other companies will slash the cost of kerosene by P0.50 per liter.

    The said changes are expected to take place tomorrow (April 8).

    Last week’s movement 

    Last week, prices at the pump jumped by over a peso, with gasoline fees seeing the highest increase. The below table shows the price updates that took effect last April 1. 

    Gasoline

    +P1.40 per liter

    Diesel

    +P1.20 per liter

    Kerosene

    +P1.20 per liter
